Mr. Jaramillo joined Arel Capital in March of 2020. He assists in the analysis and due diligence of new acquisitions and the management of existing properties owned by Arel. He is responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and their closes for some of the Arel investment vehicles. Prior to joining Arel Capital, from 2013 to 2018, Mr. Jaramillo was a student at the University of Rochester and has previous experience in contractor administration in New York City. Mr. Jaramillo holds a B.S in Business Administration from The University of Rochester.

Bryce Arnett
Mr. Arnett joined Arel Capital in 2017. He is responsible for the finances, accounting and tax compliance of Arel Capital and all legal entities that it entails.
Mr. Arnett is a CPA, holds a Master of Taxation degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. He received his B.S. in Business Administration with dual specializations in accounting and finance from Bowling Green State University.
